Pantene Gold Series Collection
In todays blog post, I have decided to shift the topic for today. Instead of talking about makeup, I wanted to talk about another topic that I love to talk about and that is hair.
I have always been a fan of hair care and would remember going on message boards to learn about caring for relaxed hair. I have learned so much and my hair has also flourished since the inception of the internet.
I no longer have to run to a hair salon to keep my hair in tip top shape and can just do a google search and learn about the products that provide optimal hair care. You might have been searching for good hair care tips and have stumbled on my page and it is so amazing that I can share my hair tips with you all.
Recently I wanted to try new hair products that you could find at Walmart. I stumbled upon the Pantene Gold Series. Pantene is another product that has been used in my family, ever since I was a child. I remember the regular shampoo and conditioner would make my hair so full and shiny, when it first came out.
Pantene has also presented a natural & relaxed hair care line a few years ago. Although I have not tried this line I’m sure that it is great but nothing really wowed me to try it out, plus it was really hard to find in Canada.
The Pantene Gold line was so easy to find… I just browsed the hair care isle and voila , there it was! The products that I bought were the Gold series sulfate free shampoo, moisture boost conditioner and the detangling mist.
The Sulfate Free Shampoo has a really vibrant smell. It has a fruity smell , which I did enjoy in comparison to its staple fragrance. The shampoo was very moisturizing and did not strip my hair. This line is designed for natural hair, but my hair is slightly relaxed (texlaxed) and I found that my hair still loved the shampoo. It didn’t strip my hair , which I found that the regular Pantene shampoo does, so this shampoo is definitely a keeper.
I have a few other staple products in line now for shampoos that I love to use (about 3). This one makes the third choice that I can find at the drug store or at Walmart.
The conditioner is just as great as the shampoo and I would definelty purchase it again. I have found that this line is designed just for my hair type or anyone that has thick/course hair and that is naturaly dry in it’s natural state.
I have yet to try the detangling milk because my hair was so soft after using these products that my hair didn’t even need it. I’m sure it’s a great product.
So if you’re in the market for more options for you hair, whether you’re natural or chemically treated, give the Pantene Gold Series line a try ! Your hair is going to thank you 😉
