I’m a busy girl and find it challenging to make time or set aside time to eat healthily and drink juice . Making salads and preparing fruit bowls is something that I skip out on and don’t think is essential. It’s the kind of thing that I don’t take seriously.
I recently realized that doing this was very detrimental to my health. I was not eating my leafy greens and was lacking the nutrients a specific body needs. My health was in danger.
I used to think that a daily vitamin was all that you would need to reap the benefits for good health. I was wrong, and I decided to take my health a bit more seriously and start making some fresh juice.

So, in the end, juicing does prevent those deadly diseases such as cancer and heart disease . Because we are juicing more often. It also contains vitamins and minerals that are vital to our bodies.
3. The best part about juicing is that it’s easy to make at home with minimal equipment!
I have found it easy to use my new juicer and that it is a dream to clean. And all I do is rinse off the machine parts at the end of juicing and take not even 5 minutes to do this.
When you are juicing, all required is to use a small portion of fruits and veggies, and I will tell you why in a sec. You’ll need about 1 cup of fruit, one apple and 1 cup of vegetables. That’s it! You want to know why?
I’ll tell you…. I notice that many people are just drinking the juice as is when it comes out of the juicer. This is a big no-no.
I wanted to share a tip that I learned from the pros. By the pros, I mean the producers of juice that you find in the supermarket and stores.
The tip is…….to add water! That’s it!
You will need to add about 2 cups of water (the same amount of fruits and veggies combined) to dilute the concoction.
Don’t taste it yet. After you dilute it, you will add a tablespoon of sugar if it is a sweet drink. If you don’t count the sugar, it’s not going to taste as good.
This is a tip that I learned from trial and error and noticed that the juice sold in the grocery stores are watered down but taste just as great! Try it, and you’ll love it!
