Ayurvedic Shampoo for Dandruff

Today’s topic will be How to Naturally Remove Dandruff With Ayurvedic Shampoo for Dandruff. Unfortunately, this is not a topic that is touched on in general and has not been as popular as other topics in the hair world.

As a young girl, I suffered from dandruff as a child. Although I have eliminated it, I thought this blog post would be a great way to discuss how others suffer from dandruff problems and how to eliminate severe dandruff issues.

I have always wondered what dandruff causes were, and so far, I think I was not practicing proper hair care when I was younger and when I took hair care in my own hands as a teenager. For example, my mother always greased my scalp after washing and blow-drying it as a child.

I have noticed that I would always skip the hair grease as I took hair care into my own hands as a teenager, and because of this, it caused a scalp problem.

You might be asking your self ” why do I have dandruff   ” you may have dandruff if you suffer from these dandruff symptoms:

  • You have an itchy scalp
  • Your scalp flakes
  • Scalp flakes are seen on clothing

What Causes Dandruff?

Based on my research on the internet, I have learned that various factors can cause dandruff. For example, if you have dry skin, you may be at risk for dandruff or even have dandruff. Another cause is if you have irritated and oily skin. Last but not least, dandruff is formed from a fungus on the scalp called Malassezia that feeds on oils in the scalp.

Ayurvedic Treatments for Dandruff

In this blog post, I will be going over ways to remove dandruff, but first, I wanted to touch on home remedies if you have a small budget for hair care.

You can find various items in your home to treat dandruff. Moreover, you may want to experiment with these natural remedies and see if they work before heading to the store for a store-bought remedy.

Aloe vera gel for dandruff: Can be used as a treatment that you apply topically to the scalp before washing your hair. It has anti-inflammatory agents that can prevent dandruff. A great idea would be to apply the aloe vera in an applicator bottle and apply a small amount of water so that it can distribute in the bottle and apply it topically to the scalp before washing the hair.

Olive oil: This treatment is also a natural solution for dandruff and should be applied to the scalp the night before washing the hair and under a plastic cap overnight. Again you can place the olive oil in an applicator bottle and apply it topically to the scalp before going to bed. Then cover your hair with a plastic cap as you sleep. An extra tip would be to apply a bonnet over your head and the plastic cap to sleep better at night.

Baking Soda: All you need is your favorite hair conditioner for this treatment. Apply two tablespoons of baking soda to the conditioner in a bowl. Then apply to the hair and scalp and massage it. This will exfoliate the scalp and, in the end, prevent dandruff.

Now that I have gone over some ways to naturally remove dandruff, let us go over some great products that you can buy and that I have at home.

Paul Mitchell With Tea Tree Ayurvedic Shampoo for Dandruff

A great way to fight dandruff is by using a dandruff shampoo. This shampoo is also ayurvedic shampoo for dandruff. It might not say “Dandruff Shampoo” on the paul Mitchell tea tree shampoo, but it is also designed to fight dandruff as any other dandruff shampoo. It is also another reason why I also own this product because I am not a fan of products that say “dandruff” on them. After all, to me, it is very tacky and unappealing to others. This is the only “dandruff shampoo” that does not have the word “dandruff” on it, and I love that. It will save you from embarrassment if you know what I mean.

Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Hair and Scalp Treatment

This is another product that I have by Paul Mitchell. It is an alternative to ayurvedic shampoo for dandruff, and you apply it to your hair and scalp as a conditioner, leave it on for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse. I like to apply this mixed with water in an applicator bottle on my scalp, which saves me the hassle and mess from applying with my hands and a comb.

As I Am Dry and Itchy Scalp Shampoo

The as I am dry and itchy scalp shampoo is an item that I have been eyeing but have not bought, but I thought it would be an excellent suggestion for others. It is a herbal shampoo for hair growth and thickness. I added it to the list because it is an ayurvedic shampoo and conditioner for black hair and designed for curly/kinky hair textures and can be hard to find in dandruff products. I Am also has other great products for dandruff that you can find online.

Conclusion

To get rid of dandruff, you should ensure your scalp is clean. Then, use an ayurvedic shampoo for dandruff designed to treat dry skin and hair. Avoid using conditioners or styling products on your scalp because they can irritate it further. You might also want to try an ayurvedic shampoo for dandruff, like the Paul Mitchell Tea tree line if over-the-counter treatments do not work for you. For best results, the combination of ayurvedic shampoos to use these techniques together in tandem with each other instead of relying on just one method alone! You can even combine ayurvedic shampoo for hair growth. Thank you for reading my take on home remedies for dry flaky scalp
