These two techniques are very similar, but the only difference is that your moisturizing the hair from root to tip by applying a plastic bag on hair around your head using full head baggy instead of on the ends. You can place your moisture cap for hair over the ends and wrap your hair in a bun from there. To add flair, you can also cover the baggy with a small piece of fabric for when you leave the house to run errands.

Another question you might wonder is can I sleep with plastic wrap on my hair? For me personally, I wouldn’t because it may lead to over conditioning . So sleeping with plastic cap on hair while you sleep is not suggested.
